Always look for outsider value in our top 4 selections, here the outsider Written Intent was paying $14 for the win and we tipped it as our fourth selection.  Being ridden by Dean Holland, Written Intent had a place rate of 42.85%.  If you compare to the rest of the field, this was actually not too bad, considering the favourite had a place rate of 37.5%. This trifecta paid $747.80 at QLD Tatts.
