Although the Trifecta was not in our top 4, we wanted to highlight our second selection No. 9 QUAD that paid a $7.30 place dividend. Why did we tip it to run second? One of the parameters we have found that gives a better chance of selecting a place getter is when comparing two equal horses with similar Form such as No. 5 HOLIDAY and No. 9 QUAD the outsider runner will place statistically more times than the horse running inside. In this race QUAD was running from Barrier 6 and HOLIDAY was in Barrier 5.
